Does appliances come with a warranty?
Manufacturer warranties usually do NOT transfer on liquidation appliances — check the listing for your specific unit. What we do cover: any undisclosed damage or defects reported within 48 hours of delivery — email [email protected] with photos, and we resolve it at our election (replacement parts, repair, a replacement unit, partial credit, or a return with refund) at no cost to you.
Do your kitchen appliances come with manufacturer warranties?
For sealed new appliances, you can usually register with the manufacturer and get the standard warranty — but manufacturer warranties usually do NOT transfer, so check the listing. For open-box or graded appliances, there's no manufacturer warranty — but our 48-hour damage/defect policy applies ([email protected]; we choose the fix at no cost to you). Fountain Valley customers wanting warranty protection should filter for "Brand New" condition.

Can I get more photos of the appliances before ordering?
Every appliances listing has 6-15 photos: front, back, sides, corners, any hardware, and close-ups of any condition issues. Photos are shot under warehouse lighting, not retouched.
