We grade on a clear scale: Brand New, New – Damaged Box, In Box Like New, Open Box (New / Like New / Good / Fair), Refurbished, Used, and As-Is / For Parts. Most furniture in our warehouse falls into an Open Box tier — basically new with imperfect packaging or a small cosmetic issue. We photograph every flaw so you see what you're getting before you pay.
