Is there enough parking at the warehouse to pick up clearance?

Yes. We have a large lot at 13544 Imperial Highway with room for pickup trucks, SUVs, and rental trucks. The loading area is around the back of the building. Pull up, let our team know which clearance order you're picking up, and we'll help you load it safely.

Does clearance come with a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Manufacturer warranties usually do NOT transfer on liquidation clearance — check the listing for your specific unit. What we do cover: any undisclosed damage or defects reported within 48 hours of delivery — email returns@francisretail.com with photos, and we resolve it at our election (replacement parts, repair, a replacement unit, partial credit, or a return with refund) at no cost to you.

How often do you get new clearance in?

Accepted Answer

New truckloads arrive weekly, sometimes twice a week. Our clearance inventory changes fast — a piece that's in stock today may be gone in a week. If you see something on the site you want and you're in Los Feliz, don't wait. You can also save it to a wishlist to get notified if a similar piece comes in.

Three tiers: (1) Damage/defect — report within 48 hours with photos to returns@francisretail.com; our team reviews it and chooses the fix — parts, repair, replacement, partial credit, or a return with refund — at no cost to you. (2) Change of mind on clearance — 7 days with our authorization, eligible Brand New / Open Box grades only, item must be unused and resalable, you pay the return transport, 15-30% restocking fee applies. What brands of clearance do you carry?

Every piece of clearance comes from a name-brand manufacturer supplying Costco, Amazon, Wayfair, or similar. We don't sell private-label knockoffs. The sticker on the box is the same one you'd find if you drove to a Costco warehouse — we just cut out the retailer margin.

Is discount furniture lower quality?

Accepted Answer

No. Our furniture comes from the same manufacturers as retail — Costco, Amazon, Wayfair supply chains. The discount reflects our buying channel (liquidation), not product quality. A $2,000 sofa that's $600 here is the same sofa, same frame, same fabric, same warranty eligibility (for brand-new units). Los Feliz customers often bring a retail-familiar friend to verify.
