Three tiers: (1) Damage/defect — report within 48 hours with photos to [email protected]; our team reviews it and chooses the fix — parts, repair, replacement, partial credit, or a return with refund — at no cost to you. (2) Change of mind on clearance — 7 days with our authorization, eligible Brand New / Open Box grades only, item must be unused and resalable, you pay the return transport, 15-30% restocking fee applies.
