In-Store Content Creator & Sales Host (Bilingual English/Spanish) Francis Retail · Santa Fe Springs, CA · Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday · $20–25/hr + monthly bonus
Francis Retail is a liquidation warehouse. New truckloads of furniture, appliances, mattresses and patio sets arrive all the time, and we sell them at up to 80% off retail. We're hiring the person who shows Southern California what just came in.
What you'll do • Film and post short videos every day we're open: TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts • Host in English and Spanish: price reveals, new arrivals, room setups and a weekly live stream • Help customers on the floor and answer comments and DMs • Track what works and make more of it
You're a fit if you • Speak English and Spanish fluently, on camera and with customers (required) • Have posted short-form video regularly for at least 6 months (any account, any topic; follower count doesn't matter) • Have sold face to face: retail, restaurants, car sales, phone stores and family businesses all count • Show up on time, every time • Are comfortable working on a warehouse floor and moving furniture with a teammate
Pay and schedule $20–25/hr depending on experience, plus a monthly bonus for consistent posting and video-driven sales. Tuesday–Saturday, about 38 hours a week. W-2 employee. We provide the phone, mic and editing app.
