Vinotemp has been at the forefront of wine storage innovation since 1985, when founder Francis Ravel began crafting wine cabinets in Los Angeles, California. What started as a passion for wine quickly evolved into a pioneering enterprise — in the 1990s, Ravel engineered the Wine-Mate, the first UL-approved self-contained wine cooling unit of its time.

Now led by CEO India Ravel-Hynes, the founder's daughter, Vinotemp has grown from its LA roots into a national powerhouse headquartered in a 118,000-square-foot facility in Henderson, Nevada. The company has sold over one million wine cellars across the United States and internationally.
